Betty J. Eadie looks forward to the long-awaited film version of her best-selling book, Embraced By
The Light.

Embraced By The Light became the publishing phenomenon
of the 1990s. Betty J. Eadie's commitment to her mission
of spreading the message of Embraced is still the continuing
and tireless force behind it. Now in the new millennium, there
are new opportunities, new means of reaching people with her
timeless story. Visual effects in film-making have reached
new heights, and a true rendering of Betty's experience is
now possible.
However, ultimately what will affect
audiences who view the movie will be what has already affected readers
of the book. It's the message, profound and simple, that makes Embraced more than entertainment.
Betty's first step has been to establish a company, Embraced By
The Light Productions, LLC, which she has licensed
the rights to for the movie. Her steps now are to connect with those who will bring the right combination of production expertise, talent and desire to partner with Embraced By The Light Productions in making the film.
When asked about taking Embraced to film, Betty said,
"I am prayerful and enthusiastic, knowing that many others have
yet to join with me who feel drawn to contribute their skills,
resources and passion to the making of this singular film.I am confident that the right producer and director are out there."
